Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?

Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time directly through the Shopify App Store.

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount for annual billing, which you can select when subscribing through Shopify.

What’s included in onboarding support?

We’re happy to help you get up and running with hands-on setup support, guidance on program configuration, and best-practice recommendations. If your team needs it, we can also provide technical guidance.

Can I use Alliance Pro on more than one Shopify store?

Yes, Alliance Pro works across multiple Shopify stores. Each store will require its own subscription, but we offer bundled pricing and shared setup support for brands running multi-store operations. Contact us to learn more.
